Important Notices for Participants

"Omotenashi Nihonbashi" offers guided tours and experience content in English. Japanese people can also participate, but please note that the content is aimed at foreigners.
All participants will be covered by event insurance, so please fill in the number of participants as well as the representative's name, age, contact information, etc. at the reception.
- Please follow the instructions of staff when participating. Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to others is strictly prohibited.
Photos taken by staff may be posted on the Nihonbashi Information Center's official website, official social media, etc. If this causes any inconvenience, please let us know in advance.
In principle, you may take photographs for your own personal enjoyment. However, there are some areas where photography is prohibited. Please be sure to follow the instructions of staff.
- Video recording is prohibited. (Media organizations are required to submit a "Filming Permission Application" in advance.)
To keep things smooth, please refrain from shopping during the tour. If you see something you like, please purchase it after the tour has ended.

Cancellation Policy

In principle, we cannot refund your payment if you cancel or reduce the number of people due to your own reasons after payment has been made.
However, if the organizers determine that the event cannot be held due to bad weather, changes in social conditions, etc., we will propose an alternative date. If rescheduling the date is not possible, we will provide a refund.

Please note that if the start of an activity is delayed due to customer reasons on the day, the content of the activity may be changed or the time may be shortened without prior notice.
For workshops held at affiliated stores, if you are more than 15 minutes late for the meeting time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, so please be sure to arrive on time.
