Pricing and Fees

Sales Price: Please refer to the price listed on each product page. Prices vary depending on the product. All displayed prices include consumption tax.
For one-day plans, group use, or cases requiring proposal-based planning, additional fees such as coordination fees and rental space fees may apply. If services are provided at a location designated by the customer, additional charges such as travel expenses, transportation costs, and delivery fees may be incurred.

Payment

Payment Methods: Credit card or on-site payment.
Timing of Payment:
Credit card: At the time the reservation is confirmed.
On-site payment: On the day of service use.

Reservation Cancellations

Members may cancel reservations up until the deadline specified in the cancellation policy listed on each product page. If a cancellation is made after the specified deadline, the customer will be required to pay the prescribed cancellation fee.
In addition, if the service provider is unable to deliver the service for any reason, or if there is a suspected cause attributable to our company regarding the provision of the service, we will promptly investigate the facts and issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
